- Open the Window taskbar and select “Start Task Manager”
- Then go to process tag and select image name arrange is alphabetically
- Go to the “Exe” file and click “End Process” the exe process will end.
Solution 2 — Rename the QBWUSER.ini. file
- Locate the ini file and access it.
- Once you find the folder click “QBWUSER.ini.file”.
- And rename the file with “Insert.old”.

Solution 3 — Restart the System
